More Than a Company
For those of us who walked through the doors of Tropics Software Technologies in Sarasota, Florida, it was never just a job. It was a family. From the early days of building workers' compensation software that changed an industry, to the late nights fueled by camaraderie and a shared belief that we were building something meaningful, Tropics was a place where careers were launched, lifelong friendships were forged, and some of the best years of our lives unfolded.
We celebrated wins together, weathered storms together, and laughed harder than any office probably should. Whether it was a company outing, a hallway conversation that turned into an hour-long brainstorm, or the simple rhythm of working alongside people you genuinely cared about, Tropics had a magic that's hard to put into words.
Though the company may no longer be, the bonds we built have endured. We are the Tropics Crew, and this page is for us — a place to remember, reconnect, and celebrate what we shared.
